Heat the margarine. First add the onions and then the carrots and sauté briefly. Add the minced meat and continue frying. Add the vegetable stock and tomato sauce, bring to the boil and simmer on a low heat for 7-10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper, garlic powder and herbs from Provence.
