Put 500 ml of milk in a measuring cup and bring about 3/4 of it to the boil in the saucepan. Mix 2 sachets of vanilla sauce with 4 tablespoons of sugar in the rest of the milk, add to the boiled milk and stir well.
Mix 500 g quark in a bowl and add 2 sachets of vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir the vanilla sauce in portions into the bowl with the quark. Either leave it like that or add mascarpone to taste.
Take any glasses and fill up with the finished quark, garnish with the fruit.
Sprinkle brown sugar over the top layer of fruit and, to make it look better, put a mint leaf and chill in the refrigerator.
