Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Crumble in the yeast and mix with 125 ml milk, 1 tablespoon sugar and a little flour. Cover and let rise for about 15 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and knead. Let rise for another 25 minutes.
Preheat the waffle iron and brush with oil. For each waffle, spread about 3 tablespoons of batter onto the waffle iron and bake until golden brown.
You can of course also bake with a heart waffle iron.
