Tear off a piece of aluminum foil from the roll and fold the sides up so that a hollow is created (there must be enough foil on the sides that it can later be folded / cuddled over the vegetables to form a package).
Cut the zucchini and tomatoes into slices.
Put some olive oil (also very tasty with garlic oil) on the aluminum foil, spread as many zucchini as possible on top (do not layer). Crumble the feta cheese on top.
Place the tomato slices on top, again with plenty of feta cheese.
Drizzle some oil over it and season with pepper, salt and dried basil.
Chop the fresh basil and garlic cloves (I always use pickled garlic!) And sprinkle over them.
Close the aluminum foil over the vegetables (fold them or hug them together) so that the heat stays in the parcel while grilling.
Off to the grill and check again and again until they are good.
