• 50 ml Baileys Irish Cream or other cream liqueur
• 200 ml pineapple juice
• 50 ml liqueur (coconut liqueur)
• 100 ml cream substitute (Rama Cremefine for whipping)
• 2 tablespoon ice cream, crushed

Instructions

1. Pour the crushed ice into two glasses. Put the remaining ingredients in a shaker, mix well and pour into the glasses.
2. Tip: You can also use other fruit juices. With pineapple juice, it is similar to pina colada. Except for apple juice, this cocktail has tasted good with every juice so far.
