• 200 g suar
• 2 cups sour cream
• 4 cl rum
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 250 ml cream
• 1 glass sour cherries
• 1 pack cream stabilizer
• Chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

1. First put the sour cherries with the juice in a high bowl. Then mix the sour cream well with the sugar, vanilla sugar and rum. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and stir into the sour cream mixture.
2. Then carefully pour the mixture onto the sour cherries. The layers should not mix as much as possible. Finally, sprinkle the chocolate flakes over the sour cream layer.
