Instructions

  1. Very ripe fruit of your choice, I took 3 bananas, 3 apricots, 1 apple, 5 red plums, a leftover piece of watermelon. Please do not use kiwi and pineapples, they get bitter. Cut everything into small cubes. Add the quark.
  2. Pour the yoghurt into a tall vessel, add the aranca and juice and stir with the mixer as indicated and then whip for 3 minutes at the highest level. Add this mixture to the fruit and quark mixture, but keep about 3 tablespoons of it. Mix the whole mixture and sweeten to taste.
  3. Place one of the 3 bases (if you are hardworking, bake yourself!) In a 26 cm springform pan, distribute half of the quark mixture on top. Put on the 2nd floor and distribute the rest of the mixture on top. Then lay the last layer on top and spread the aranca yoghurt mixture on evenly.
  4. Add a few more pieces of fruit and coconut flakes to decorate. Chill very cold for at least three hours. Then loosen the edge and lift the cake onto a cake plate and cut into pieces like cake.
  5. This cake was created by chance. I had everything at home, I didn`t have to buy anything extra. An absolutely random recipe, great to look at, great in taste.
