Let the berries thaw a little and then put them in a baking dish. Mix the 4 cups of Greek yoghurt with the 2 bottles of Cremefine, pour onto the raspberries and distribute them. Then sprinkle the whole thing generously with cane sugar, really don`t save.
Now cover the whole thing with a cling film and put in the fridge for 1 night. If you are in a hurry, have an unannounced visit or are very hungry, you can get it out after a few hours.
And then it`s just a matter of feasting, feasting and enjoying. This dessert is really my absolute front runner. Because it`s so nice and easy, quick and super, super delicious.
