Ingredients

• 300 g cream cheese (e.. Philadelphia)
• 250 g quark
• 100 g suar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 1 tablespoon milk (if necessary)
• 250 g cream
• 1 can peach (s)
• 1 glass sour cherries
• 30 g butter
• 50 grams sugar
• 100 g flaked almonds

Instructions

1. Drain the fruit well and cut the peaches into small pieces. Mix the cream cheese with sugar, vanilla sugar, quark and possibly some milk until creamy. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
2. Layer the quark mixture and fruit alternately in a glass bowl, end with quark.
3. Melt the butter, brown the almonds and sugar in it, leave to cool on baking paper. Turn occasionally so that they don`t stick together. Spread cold and generously on the cream.
