Thaw the frozen raspberries in a container for about 45 minutes.
Put the Greek yogurt on a plate. Scatter the thawed raspberries on top. Let a pan get hot and lightly toast the walnuts without fat until they take on a little color. Set the pan aside and add the honey. Stir until the honey becomes liquid. Pour the caramelized walnuts with the hot honey over the yogurt and berries.
