Dessert “Strawberry Clouds” Instructions

  1. To make a strawberry jelly dessert, first, rinse fresh strawberries thoroughly, remove the “tails”. (Pre-defrost frozen strawberries.) Beat the strawberries with sugar. Add gelatin. Leave for 20 minutes to swell the gelatin.
  2. Put the container with the strawberry mass in a water bath. Heat, stirring occasionally, until the gelatin dissolves.
  3. Put the prepared mixture on ice or in a container with cold water. Beat with a mixer. The mass will gradually begin to lighten and will greatly increase in volume.
  4. Cover the form (I had a rectangular form 15×23 cm) with baking paper (or use portioned molds). Put the mass into a mold, smooth it out. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  5. Pour icing sugar onto a cutting board. Spread the strawberry dessert over the powder and cut into portions.
