Cut the strawberries, cucumber and limes into slices. The shell stays on. Put the fruit and vegetables in a jug along with the mint leaves. Fill the jug with water and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Note: It is up to you whether you take still or carbonated water. I take still water because it is easier to tolerate.
Detox water is very healthy, stimulates fat burning and is very suitable for a detox cure.
