Instructions

  1. Roughly remove the peel from the lemon with a knife, halve once lengthways and then cut into slices.
  2. Peel the ginger with a spoon and cut into small pieces.
  3. Heat 1.5 liters of water in the kettle and prepare a saucepan with a lid.
  4. Put the ginger in the pot and pour the hot water over it. As soon as the water has cooled down a bit, put the lemon wedges in the pot as well, so that the vitamins are retained. Add the honey and stir. Then put the lid on and let it sit.
  5. Tips: I like to let the detox water steep overnight and fill it into glass bottles the next day.
  6. If you want, you can add mint and / or cucumber to the detox water.
