Roughly remove the peel from the lemon with a knife, halve once lengthways and then cut into slices.
Peel the ginger with a spoon and cut into small pieces.
Heat 1.5 liters of water in the kettle and prepare a saucepan with a lid.
Put the ginger in the pot and pour the hot water over it. As soon as the water has cooled down a bit, put the lemon wedges in the pot as well, so that the vitamins are retained. Add the honey and stir. Then put the lid on and let it sit.
Tips: I like to let the detox water steep overnight and fill it into glass bottles the next day.
If you want, you can add mint and / or cucumber to the detox water.
