Drain the fruits well in a sieve. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and chill. Remove the waffle from the fat men, mix the white foam mixture with the quark in a bowl and add some rum or rum flavor. Save the waffles for decoration. Fold the whipped cream into the quark cream and, if desired, sweeten the cream with a little sugar.
Put the fruit in a glass bowl and cover with the cream. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles and the waffles and refrigerate until ready to serve.
