Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions. Trim, wash and cut the broccoli into florets. Cook in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain the pasta and broccoli.
Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Cut the mozzarella into slices and quarter or halve.
Heat the oil in a large pan. Sweat the onion in it. Add the pasta and fry. Fold in the broccoli. Pour in 1/4 l water, bring to the boil. Stir in the broth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Fold in the mozzarella and melt briefly. Spread the ham on top. Serve garnished with colored pepper and parsley.
