Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, wash the vegetables and cut into small pieces. Mix Cola light with ketchup.
  2. Put the chicken in a pan, pour the sauce over it and let it cook over medium heat. After about 10 minutes add the vegetables and mushrooms, cook for another 20 minutes until the sauce is thick. The chicken will be super tender.
  3. I recommend rice as a side dish.
