- Briefly fry the spices in the hot oil. Don`t let it turn brown.
- Add the crayfish meat and fry briefly as well. Add the butter, let it froth and toss the ingredients in the butter.
- Put the pan aside. Salt if necessary.
- Drizzle the crayfish meat with the lemon juice. Serve without spices. To taste, with the garlic slices.
- Arrange, e.g. on a bed of lettuce and drizzle with the flavored butter fat.
- Serve with fresh white bread or toast.
