Ingredients

• 4 tablespoon soy sauce, naturally fermented
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
• 2 tablespoon sherry
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon mustard, hot
• 2 cl cognac, (brandy)

Instructions

1. Mix everything together thoroughly. Marinate food in it for a good two hours beforehand.
2. The cognac can be left out if desired.
