Ingredients
- 250 g noodles (spiral noodles), cooked, quenched, drained
- 250 g poultry sausae, diced
- 150 g frozen peas, thawed
- 150 g cheese, (Emmentaler) diced
- 1 can tangerine (s) oranges, approx. 70 g net, drained, catch the juice
- 150 g sour cream
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon juice (mandarin juice)
- 4 tablespoon vinegar (Melfor, spiced vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon curry, (Madras)
- salt
- Pepper, more colorful from the mill
Instructions
- Mix the marinade from sour cream (sour cream), mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, tangerine juice, Melfor vinegar (spicy vinegar) and (madras) curry.
- Add pasta, sausage, peas and cheese. Mix well.
- Finally, carefully fold in the mandarin segments. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Let it steep for about an hour (not in the refrigerator).
