Instructions

  1. Pour the caraway seeds and sugar into a bottle with a capacity of at least 750 ml and top up with the grain. Put in a warm place (kitchen) and let it steep for about 2 weeks. Filter and enjoy.
  2. Tip: The strained caraway seeds can be stored in a tightly closed container and used to flavor soups (or cabbage soup).
