Mix the sour cream and mayonnaise, press 1-2 cloves of garlic depending on your taste and add about 1 tablespoon ketchup. Mix well and season with pepper, salt and herbs. Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Arrange the dip nicely in a bowl and serve with vegetable sticks. Cucumber, carrots, peppers, celeriac, but also chicken strips are delicious.
