• 100 g cream cheese

• 1 bunch chives
• 1 onion (s)
• 2 cloves garlic)

Instructions

1. Mix the quark with the cream, mash the cream cheese and stir in. Chop the parsley, cut the chives into small pieces.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic cloves. Add all ingredients to the quark and season with salt and pepper.
3. As a dip with crackers, vegetable pieces, fondue or jacket potatoes.
