½ cup natural yogurt

g smoked pork, (cold cuts)

Instructions
Mix the creme fraiche and yoghurt and add the herbs.
Cut the smoked pork into small cubes, fold in. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with vegetables cut into strips.
