Instructions

  1. Makes 2 x 500 g loaves of white bread or 12 hot dog buns or 8 hamburger buns.

  3. Dust the dough with flour and pack it in a 6 liter freezer bag. Press out the air and, as far as possible, close the opening at the top. The dough takes on about 2.5 times its volume after it has matured for 2 hours at room temperature.
  4. Dust the piece with flour. Portion the dough.
  5. One ball for American soft bread / white bread in a box or 12 oblong round loaves (ᴓ 3 - 4 cm, length 12 - 15 cm) for hot dog buns or 8 round, flat loaves (ᴓ 10 - 12 cm, height 3 - 4 cm) for hamburger buns to shape.
  6. Bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C convection or 200 ° C top / bottom heat for American soft bread / white bread for approx. 30 - 40 minutes or hot dog bundles or hamburger rolls for approx. 10 - 15 minutes.
