Put the flour on the work surface and make a well. Crumble the yeast in the well and fill up with the lukewarm milk. Process all ingredients into a smooth dough. Cover and let the dough rise for eine hour. Divide the yeast dough into thirds and roll the pieces into balls. Roll out each on a floured work surface and cover as desired. Put the sandwich in the oven at the highest temperature for 5-6 minutes.
