Instructions

  1. Marinate the meat about 3 hours before the start. To do this, cut the meat into tender strips and mix well with the soy sauce and sugar, then put in the refrigerator (the meat takes on a dark color and it looks almost like beef).
  2. Peel the carrot if it is too thick, cut in half and then cut into thin slices. Remove the outer leaves and the stalk from the leek, then cut into rings that are not too thin and wash well in a sieve. Wash and core both peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Also cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into half rings.
  3. Bring a large pot of water with a little salt to the boil, cook the Mie noodles, noodles of your choice or rice according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Put a pan with a little oil on the stove and add the marinated meat. Fry over high heat, then switch back.
  5. Heat some oil in a wok or a large pan and add the carrot slices, fry for approx. 5 minutes. Then add the pepper pieces, after about 2 minutes add the leek and cabbage. Fry the whole thing for about 5 minutes. Then add the fried meat. Then add the 50 ml soy sauce and season with spices such as salt, paprika powder, cayenne pepper or chili powder. Finally add the sprouts, they should only cook for a short time. Place the Mie noodles, normal noodles or rice on a plate and place the pan in the middle.
  6. Tip:
  7. You can also add the pasta directly to the pan.
  8. Of course, there is also the possibility of using other types of vegetables, but the color combination is very nice with the vegetables mentioned above.
