For the dressing:

- Cut the cheese and sausage into fine strips. Finely dice two onions and pickles. Mix all ingredients together carefully.
- Halve an onion and cut into thin rings. Put aside.
- For the dressing, mix the vinegar with the mustard, a pinch of salt and sugar and plenty of pepper. Then hide the oil.
- Add the dressing to the salad mixture and fold in. Arrange in a shallow bowl, cover with the onion rings and dust with paprika.
