Instructions

  1. Whip the sugar, vanilla flavor and butter. Add a pinch of salt and eggs. Then add flour and baking powder. Spread half of the dough on a greased baking sheet. Mix the rest of the dough with cocoa (2-5 tablespoon) and spread it on the light colored dough. Top with cherries and bake in the oven at around 190 degrees for almost 30 minutes. Let the dough cool down.
  2. For the cream, whip the cream until stiff. Mix the same amount of sour cream with 80 g sugar and the cream well. Spread on the cooled dough.
  3. For the topping, melt the chocolate and coconut oil over the water bath and spread on the cream. To let it cool down. Score once with a knife before solidification so that the lid does not crack later.
