Put the lettuce in a bowl and dissolve with about 1 tablespoon of the water. Put the yogurt in the bowl and mix. Add the garlic, dill, mustard and the rest of the water and season to taste with paprika powder and pepper.
Leave it in the fridge for a day and it will taste even better.
If you don`t want to work with a ready-made mixture, take vegetable broth, brandy vinegar or lemon juice and a little more than the dill specified here and taste as you like.
