Put the frozen kebab in a large pan and heat slowly. Peel the onions, wash and clean the peppers and dice both. When the meat is thawed, turn up the heat and add a little oil. Fry the meat in it, add the onions and peppers.
Add lightly salted water and cook the spaetzle a little shorter than specified so that it still has a nice bite.
Now put the garlic and sour cream in the kebab pan, mix everything well and season with the spices.
Put the finished spaetzle in a large baking dish, spread the doner pan over it and mix well. Finally, sprinkle the cheese on top and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at approx. 190 ° C (fan oven).
This is a very quick, but also substantial dish. You can also easily modify the dish by using pasta instead of spaetzle. Or use gyros instead of kebab meat.
