- Beat eggs.
- Combine the dough with egg, butter, and flour after half an hour, making a dough. Leave to come to a warm place for at least an hour.
- Roll out the dough, cut out the donuts and let them come up for another half hour.
- Deep-fry.
- If desired, cover with melted chocolate (you can melt it in a steam bath).
