Instructions

  1. Quarter and core the apples (I leave the skin on). Bring to the boil with apple spritzer, white wine, vanilla sugar and butter and steam until soft.
  2. Turn Lotte through the liquor, season the apple sauce with sugar and stir in the amaretto.
