Ingredients

• 500 g low-fat quark
• 3 tablespoon sugar
• 4 teaspoons honey
• ml milk
• 6 biscuit (s), e.g. Prinzenrolle
• 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
• 200 g raspberries, frozen and thawed with a little juice
• Chocolate flakes or brittle

Instructions

1. Mix the quark with the sugar, honey and milk. The mass must not be too runny.
2. Have three large glasses ready, latte macchiato glasses are best. Put one of the biscuits, roughly chopped, into each of the glasses and press lightly. Distribute half of the quark mixture between the three glasses. Tap the glass lightly on the work surface so that the curd gets a smooth surface.
3. Mash the raspberries with a fork and sweeten slightly with the powdered sugar. But you shouldn`t get too cute. Also distribute half of the raspberry mixture between the three glasses. Do the same with the rest of the ingredients. Finally, put a small blob of the quark mixture on top of the raspberries for decoration and sprinkle with chocolate shavings or brittle.
4. Chill for half an hour before serving.
