Break the biscuits by hand. I always put some in a freezer bag and crush the biscuits into chunks by hand. Then set them aside in a bowl.
Mix the yogurt, quark and sour cream. Drain the cherries.
Now the three components are layered. A layer of biscuits at the bottom, then cherries, then curd cheese, then all over again and the last layer of biscuits.
The quark dish can be prepared right before consumption, ideally put in the refrigerator for an hour beforehand, then the biscuits will still be crisp. If you prefer it soft, you can prepare the quark dish the day before and let it steep.
