Pour the boiling water and tea over it and let it steep for 2-3 minutes.
Put the ice cubes, the sugar and the elderberry syrup in a shock-proof container (e.g. saucepan; for a glass jug, please note the manufacturer`s instructions). Pour in the finished tea and stir immediately so that the sugar and syrup dissolve and distribute well and everything cools evenly to refrigerator temperature.
Pour cold water or mineral water onto 2 liters of iced tea.
