Instructions

  1. Strain the green beans and rinse well.
  2. Heat some butter and briefly toast the green beans in it. Add the dill and pour in enough water to cover the beans. Let simmer on a low flame. Make a roux in another pan and stir into the beans. Simmer for a few more minutes and season with salt, pepper and soup spices.
  3. Before serving, stir in half a cup of sour cream and season to taste again.
  4. Fried potatoes go very well with it.
