Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water, strain and keep warm.
  2. Roast the butter vegetables in 50 g fat and keep warm. Cut the turkey or chicken breast into strips, season with the roasted chicken spice and fry in the remaining 50 g of fat until the meat is well done. Now put the noodles, vegetables and meat in a large bowl, pour the chopped chives over them and squeeze 2-3 tubes of mayonnaise over them as needed. Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir everything thoroughly.
  3. This recipe is ideal as a warm lunch in winter and as a cold evening meal in summer. I`ve cooked this recipe so many times, it`s pretty quick and easy, and everyone ate it with a treat, even kids. That`s why I would like to recommend it to you here. You can also use this recipe as leftover, with pasta or roast chicken from the day before.
