Cut the onion and sausages into slices and fry them in a little fat. Add the butter vegetables and continue frying, then keep warm.
Cook the rice with the addition of salt, paprika and stock cubes. When the rice is cooked through, stir in the onion and sausage mixture and vegetables. Season to taste with the spices and serve hot.
This recipe is also good for using leftovers and can be prepared with any type of sausage.
