- Drain the peach halves and cut into small pieces.
- Purée finely with the hand blender, add ice, vanilla sugar and peach juice and continue puréeing until a creamy consistency is obtained.
- Pour into a glass, fill up with milk and stir.
- Then add approx. 2 cl passion fruit syrup to taste, stir again and serve with a straw.
