Ingredients

• 150 g tomato ketchup
• 1 teaspoon honey (forest honey)
• 3 teaspoons parsley, fresh, chopped
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic, paste or very finely chopped
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ spice (s) (Gunpowder, alternatively 1-1.5 chili powder, hot)
• 1 teaspoon curry powder
• 1 teaspoon ajvar, hot

Instructions

1. Mix the ketchup and honey very well together. Gradually stir in the parsley, spices and ajvar. Chill until ready to eat.
2. Tip: Peel 0.5 shallots, finely chop and add.
3. The sauce is a great souvenir for barbecues and goes well with many types of meat and sausage.
