Ingredients

• 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
• 50 g yourt
• 50 g mascarpone
• 50 g cream or Rama Cremefine
• 2 teaspoons cream stabilizer
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• 0.5 ½ glass cherry (s)
• 2 large banana (s)
• 4 tablespoons juice, banana juice
• 3 tablespoon cherry juice
• Grated chocolate

Instructions

1. Put the cherries in a sieve, drain well and then pat dry.
2. Peel and slice the bananas, mix with the cherries and place in a glass bowl.
3. Mix the quark, yoghurt and mascarpone with sugar, banana juice and cherry juice until smooth.
4. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it carefully into the cream.
5. Put the cream on the fruit and decorate with chocolate shavings. Chill until ready to serve.
6. TIP: If you like, you can decorate the top with a few cherries and banana slices.
