Sweeten the coconut milk, mix with the cream and soak the Raffaellos in it a little.
Then mash the Raffaellos well with a fork and fold in the quark.
TIPS:
This cream is ideal as a cream on strawberry cake with unsweetened strawberries. For this, I recommend putting some powdered sugar on the sponge cake and spreading the strawberries on top. The cream should possibly be set with a little cream stiffener and put in the cold until shortly before consumption
Fresh pineapple also tastes great with it.
* If you want to make the cream as a dessert, I recommend using a little more quark (approx. 300-350g instead of 250g). For a cake cream with unsweetened, fresh fruit, however, the sweetness is okay.
