In the meantime, wash and core the bell pepper and chili pepper, cut the bell pepper into strips and the chili pepper into very fine rings. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half, roughly dice the ham and press the garlic
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the tomatoes and paprika strips.
Then add the chilli pepper and diced ham, sprinkle with garlic (or add half a pressed garlic clove) and season with salt and pepper.
Then stir in brunch and melt, simmer a little.
Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella into small pieces, add to the sauce and let it melt too.
Arrange the spaghetti on a plate and pour the sauce over it.
TIP:
If the sauce is too hot for you, you can add some milk or cream to make it a little milder.
