Ingredients

• 5 large strawberries (including 1 for garnish)
• sugar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 2 scoops ice cream, vanilla
• 1 scoop / n ice cream, strawberry
• milk

Instructions

1. Wash the strawberries and cut into small pieces.
2. Sprinkle with a lot of sugar and the vanilla sugar and let it steep.
3. Later puree the strawberries together with the resulting juice. Add ice and mash again until it has a creamy consistency.
4. Pour into a glass, fill up with milk and stir well.
5. Garnish with a strawberry and serve with a straw.
