Cut the onions into strips that are not too narrow. Wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
In a container, whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, paprika powder, oregano and a dash of cream.
Heat the butter in a pan, add the onions and fry, sprinkle with the sugar. Add the tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes. Pour the eggs over the top and stir until the eggs are lightly conched. Serve immediately.
