Instructions

  1. Pork neck slices (2 pieces per person) with pepper, salt and brush with mustard. Place in layers in a pan. Layer onion rings in between.
  2. Production of a sauce from sour cream and ketchup, whereby the proportions must be half. Mix and pour over the pickled meat so that it is covered.
  3. The guideline for 14-16 steaks is 4 cups of sour cream and the same amount of ketchup. Cover and let stand in the stove for approx. 1.5 hours over a medium heat.
