Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, then peel and cut into thin slices while still hot. Finely chop the onion and the cucumber, mix with the vinegar, oil and the spices. Possibly make it more juicy with a little hot meat stock. Refine with finely chopped anchovies or roast meat cut into cubes. Sprinkle with parsley.
