Ingredients

• 40 ml pumpkin seed oil
• 40 ml balsamic vinegar, red or white
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• salt and pepper
• Paprika powder, noble sweet
• 1 splash Maggi, possibly
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 2 teaspoons tomato paste

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients well with a whisk or in a shaker. The dressing should be thick.
2. It goes well with all leaf salads and is very quick to make. I mostly use brown sugar, but that`s a matter of taste.
