Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for the oil and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Salt and sugar should be completely dissolved.
  2. First pour the vinegar mixture, then the oil over the spun or well-drained salad.
  3. It is important with this recipe that you use vinegar made from raspberries and not use vinegar with a raspberry flavor. If you like, you can of course replace the dried salad herbs with fresh herbs.
