Sugar rim: Put a little sugar on a saucer. Cut open the orange. Moisten the edge of the cocktail glass with half of the orange and put the glass into the sugar.
Mix the well-chilled juices and cream. Now pour into the cocktail glasses and decorate with a slice of orange.
If you like, you can also whip the cream until stiff, pour it into the glass and decorate with finely chopped pistachios.
